I have been in the kitchen for many years. I consider cooking an art more than a job. For me, it is a passion. It has taken me to different places, enriching me in each of them. I have met great people who have given me diversity and knowledge, for which today thanks to it, I can express in my dishes all that explosion of textures, colours and flavors that characterise Peruvian food.
